Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Application of Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all sales concluded by PUBEO SAS. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Orders and Fulfilment

Orders are only final upon acceptance by PUBEO SAS and receipt of payment or the agreed deposit. Delivery times are provided as estimates only.

3. Pricing

Prices are quoted in euros, excluding taxes. The applicable VAT rate is that in effect on the date of the order. Shipping costs are charged separately.

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon ordering by bank transfer. A deposit of 50% may be required at the time of order, with the balance due upon delivery.

5. Transfer of Risk

The transfer of risk occurs upon handover of the goods to the carrier. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the condition of the goods upon receipt.

6. Receipt of Products

The buyer must inspect the condition of the goods upon receipt. Any claim must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Warranty Conditions

Our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal. This right does not apply to customised products.

9. Retention of Title

PUBEO SAS retains ownership of the goods until full payment of the price has been received.

10. Jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and performance of these T&Cs is subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is attributed to the courts of Coutances.
