Installation of advertising balloons at trade shows

Indoors, at a trade show for example, installing a helium balloon is not complex. The most constraining aspect is undoubtedly the transport and logistics of the helium cylinders. The balloon itself remains simple to set up, provided you remain attentive to the environment in which the balloon operates.

We understand that our clients do not always have the availability or logistical means to install an advertising balloon on their stand themselves. That is why we offer a turnkey on-site installation solution, including the supply and transport of helium.

Outdoor installation of advertising balloons

Outdoors, the installation of a giant helium balloon (generally a balloon larger than 2.50m or a helium blimp) is subject to certain requirements: First, approval from the DGAC (French Civil Aviation Authority) is mandatory and municipal authorisation is recommended, weather conditions must be favourable, and a three-point anchoring system with each point spaced at a distance equal to the balloon's height must be set up, etc. Additionally, handling the balloon can be complex depending on its size, the weather and the topography of the location.

For the first outdoor installation of your helium inflatable, we recommend using our partner network so that our installer can train you in balloon handling.

For many years we have been working with installers operating across a large part of France. Our partners are events professionals trained in the handling of advertising inflatables. We can therefore offer inflation services at virtually all exhibition centres and across a large part of France.

Helium supply in France

If you wish to install your balloon yourself, please note that we can supply you with helium through the "Air Liquide" distributor network, with whom we have negotiated preferential rates on your behalf.

As a general rule, the services offered by PUBEO SAS are reserved for customers of our products.

In exceptional cases, we may be able to assist you with "external" products, but this must be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
